What information do we collect?

When you call to book, we ask for the details needed to arrange a visit. We only ask for what the job needs.

• Your name and phone number.
• The address where the air conditioner is installed.
• Details about your system, such as the model number, any error code and the symptoms.
• Access notes, for example roof space, balcony or pets.

How do we use your information?

We use your details to book the job, pass the job to the technician who will attend, and follow up about that job. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Because a technician carries out the work, we share the job details with that technician so they can contact you and attend. They may only use the details for your job.

What does the website itself collect?

This website has no accounts. The enquiry form on our contact page collects the details you type in, such as your name, email, phone number, suburb and a description of the problem, and we use them only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a technician. Like most websites, our hosting and caching tools may keep basic technical logs, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

How do we keep it safe?

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. When we no longer need job details, we take reasonable steps to delete or de identify them.

Can you see or correct your information?

Yes. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a privacy concern by calling 0452 228 100. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
